CUSTOMER CHARTER Providing online services without interference with the downtime of less than 5%. All questions submitted via the Ask The Experts services will be answered not exceeding 14 days during working hours.
JANUARY Providing online services without interference with the downtime of less than 5%. A total of 33 questions to Ask the Experts in January has been answered not more than 14 days during working hours
FEBRUARY Providing online services without interference with the downtime of less than 5%. A total of 38 questions to Ask the Experts in February have been answered not more than 14 days during working hours.
MARCH Providing online services without interference with the downtime of less than 5%. A total of 45 questions to Ask the Experts in March has been answered not more than 14 days during working hours.
APRIL Providing online services without interference with the downtime of less than 5%. A total of 68 questions to Ask the Experts in April has been answered not more than 14 days during working hours.
MAY Providing online services without interference with the downtime of less than 5%. A total of 67 questions to Ask the Experts in May has been answered not more than 14 days during working hours.
JUNE Providing online services without interference with the downtime of less than 5%. A total of 61 questions to Ask the Experts in June has been answered not more than 14 days during working hours.
JULY Providing online services without interference with the downtime of less than 5%. A total of 61 questions to Ask the Experts in July has been answered not more than 14 days during working hours.
